Can I manage rooms and cottages separately?
Yes. Each room or cottage is added as a unit, and appears in bookings and on the occupancy calendar with a clash check.
Is RVilla a channel manager?
No. On Pro, RVilla syncs calendars with booking sites through iCal so dates booked there block here. Rates and listings are still managed on each site.
Can staff see billing?
No. Each role sees only its part. Billing is visible only to you, the owner.
Does it make GST invoices?
Yes. RVilla creates receipts and GST invoices for bookings, and emails confirmations and receipts to guests.
