Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of RVilla, a property management software service ("RVilla", "Service", "Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using RVilla, you ("Owner", "you") agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

RVilla is a software-as-a-service product that helps villa, resort and farmhouse owners manage bookings, payments, staff, and related property-operations data. RVilla is a software tool only — we are not a party to, and take no responsibility for, any booking, stay, or transaction between you and your guests.

2. Accounts and roles

The person who signs up creates an "Owner" account for their property/organization. The Owner may invite staff members and assign them roles (Manager, Reception, Housekeeping, Accountant, etc.) with different levels of access. The Owner is responsible for the accuracy of data entered by their staff and for managing who has access to their account.

3. Free trial, subscription and billing

• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no payment required upfront.
• After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription (monthly or annual, as published on our Pricing page).
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party licensed payment aggregator. We do not store your card details.

4. Your data

All booking, guest, staff, payment and property data you or your staff enter into RVilla belongs to you. We act as a data processor for that data, storing and processing it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to collect and store your guests' information (name, contact details, ID information, etc.) in RVilla, and for complying with applicable law in how you collect and use it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RVilla for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to another organization's data, or to interfere with the Service's normal operation.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or fail to pay subscription fees after the applicable grace period. You may cancel your account at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep RVilla available and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to Owners via email or in-app notice. Continued use of RVilla after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kalyan, Maharashtra, India.
